Constellation Quartet + We Are The West LIVE

On June 3rd at 7pm, Emily Moore Music LIVE is pleased to present Constellation Quartet + We Are the West. Our world-class musicians will perform an intimate concert with pop, film, and original music. Galaxy lighting and lanterns with fairy lights adorn the space to create a truly inter-stellar space to enjoy the music.

A Few Things...

• Total run time is about 2 and 1/2 hours including a 20 minute intermission.  Student and senior pricing is available. VIP tickets include a limited edition bag filled with goodies from our amazing sponsors as well as our favorite selections from the band merch tables.
• No alcohol is permitted at the venue. Light food and drinks will be availble for purchase before and during intermission. Only water is allowed in the space itself.
• The building is handicapped accessible.
• This concert is ALL AGES friendly. Please note that there is about 2 hours of music with an intermission. Children can bring coloring books, reading, etc- just please no tablets, phones, or other screens. If you think your child might need a break from being inside, we recommend sitting at the back or a side aisle.
• Parking can be found on Pier Ave, the parking lot behind the building, or on the adjacent streets.

About Constellation Quartet

Constellation Quartet is committed to bringing live music into a variety of communities and contemporizing the role of a string quartet in the 21st century. Their debut EP, "The Venice Sessions" (feat Cliff Beach), was released at the end of 2021 and was named Number 2 on the Ark of Music's "Top 10 Albums of 2021." CQ highly values collaboration with other artists and debuted their first live music video with Abby Posner through the Bluegrass Situation.

About We Are The West

As vast and indefinable as the West itself, the intrepid sound stylists of We Are The West reach beyond the setting sun to create an eclectic symphonic landscape.  Brett Hool (voice/guitar) and John Kibler (bass/voice) formed We Are The West in a shipping container on a sheep farm in Holland, and began performing as a duo in an abandoned convent in Brooklyn, before heeding the call to continue West to Los Angeles.  Originally described as "a two-man orchestra of stunning vocals, meditative guitar, and exploratory double bass," the duo paints with a broad palette of sound incorporating drums and percussion, woodwinds, strings, brass, pump organ, accordion, and unique vocal harmonies to create their dynamic and transporting songs.  After a series of site-specific EPs, their soulful and intricately crafted debut LP The Golden Shore, and providing the soundtrack for 2 Hearts (#1 on Netflix, June 2021), they've emerged from the pandemic into the warm sunlight with a brisk and immediate collection Only One Us, their finest work yet.
